Large Group Training is a class that gives you results. These group workouts focus on the most effective exercise methods to date and will get you stronger and make you move better. Clients will get personalized attention to get the most best workout possible. This allows them to burn more calories and feel younger because they will restore natural movement they used to have. This is a great class if you are intimidated by a group of around 8 people, the instructor can spend the time to give you options that you will pick up quickly. We understand that when people first start they are intimidated by larger groups so we work to making it as comfortable as possible for them.
