Online Class Sign In

Here is how to conveniently reserve a spot in the classes online.

Step 1
Click here: book classes button(if this link doesn’t work you may have to click on the pop up bar blocker located underneath the url box{})
Click  for the appropriate class and time.
You will be prompted to login or create an account.

To create an account enter your name ONLY! Then click: THIS IS ME

Step 2
Even though you signed in online, when you arrive at the gym you must still scan your card or check in with the front desk.
You must sign in at least 5 minutes before the start of class or your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
There is 3 SPOTS that are non-reserveable that will be given out 30 minutes before each class on a first come first serve basis.

  • Almost one year ago I made the decision to join Quench Fitness. It wasn't about losing weight, it was because I was turning 40 in a year and I decided I needed a healthier me. I got so much more then I ever expected. Yes I have lost weight (although I haven't been on the scale in years), and I can see the changes in my body tone but the support that I received not just from the staff but from the other members has been AMAZING! The encouragement I have received just makes me want to spend more time at the gym on me. Whoever thought that I would rather be in Group Power or Spin Class then in front of my television? Now as I turn 40 I am so thankful for this past year and the friends I have made and I look forward to many years to come. Joining Quench Fitness is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Thank you all.

  • A few years ago, I joined GoodLife in Barrie. Group weight training classes have always been my favourite and I went consistently 2 to 3 times a week. I definitely don't have the best eating habits, so I relied heavily on my group exercise classes. I was extremely excited to learn that a great new gym was opening here in Alliston, exclusively for women AND it was offering my weight training group exercise classes! I was one of the first members to join the club, signing on while the club was still under construction. Once I started going to Quench and doing the Group Power classes and was immediately impressed.   • PART 2... I continued to go to Group Power classes ALL through my pregnancy, right up until a week before I gave birth! Modifications were of course required for some of the exercises but I was able to do most of the tracks with ease. Hopping on the scale after returning to the gym about 6 weeks after my delivery, I was very surprised to see that I was actually 10 pounds lighter than before I got pregnant. I attribute this success entirely to the Group Power classes. They helped to keep me healthy and strong and kept the unwanted pregnancy weight off. I would recommend this facility to any woman, of any age, and at any level of fitness from the beginner to the experienced athlete. Whatever your fitness goals may be, they can be achieved with the support of the staff at Quench. Finally, fitness is fun again and I am very proud to be a member of Quench Fitness!

  • Exercise, that dreaded thing we all hate. It's boring, it's routine, and it never produces the results we want. I was from that very school of thought. Any exercise routine I ever got myself into was always just that a mundane routine. I hated it and always felt I wasn't getting anywhere. That is, until I decided to join Quench Fitness! James and his team of personal trainers are knowledgeable, professional and a lot of fun! I am consistently motivated and encouraged to try harder and to do better. I love the variety of all the classes, it's what keeps me coming back! Thanks Quench Fitness!
